High Temperature Synthesis

High Temperature Synthesis

The Chair for Mineralogy operates a High Temperature Lab. Over all there are 7 chamber kilns in a temperature range of 1000°Cup to 1800°C. The volumina range from 8 to 30 liters. Some kilns are equipped with a flue gas pipe. Moreover there are 5 tube furnaces with a temperature range from 1200°C to 1750°C available.

Please contact the Chair of Applied Mineralogy for further information.
