I am a vertebrate paleontologist specializing in aquatic mammals from South America. My research explores how the fossils of these animals—particularly those of aquatic mammals—provide insights into the evolutionary history of the environment in this exceptionally diverse region. I have collaborated with multiple international teams across different research fields. I have extensive experience in the management and curation of vertebrate paleontological collections, as well as in expedition management. In addition, I am accredited as a science communicator on social media platforms.
