My PhD focusses on the impacts of morpho-tectonic, climatic, lithological, and anthropic controls on sediment generation and sediment flux. I’m integrating compositions and textures of recent fluvial sediments with various geospatial datasets, with the goal of creating predictive and generally applicable sediment generation models. Future research interests include the improvement of compositional endmember mixing modeling, and the integration of grain sizes and flux volumes.
